Availability is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee stock at the time of order. Where applicable, expected restocking or delivery dates will be communicated but are estimates only.

Free delivery applies to most mainland UK addresses; certain postcode areas may incur additional charges or be excluded. These will be made clear before completing your order.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe access. Orders refused at delivery or returned due to inaccurate address details may result in additional charges.
On delivery, items should be inspected immediately and signed for by the recipient or appointed adult representative. Responsibility passes to you once signed for.

You may cancel an order before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving the Goods, unless they are Made to Order or bespoke items which are non-cancellable.
Returns must be authorised by us with a Returns Number and should be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition to receive a full refund (excluding return shipping).
Return shipping costs are usually your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence to arrange remedy or replacement.
Refunds will be processed promptly once returned goods are received and accepted.
