Delivery Coverage
At CozyFurnitureDirect, we offer delivery throughout the UK mainland with free standard shipping available to most areas. However, please be aware that some remote locations, islands, and certain postcodes may require additional delivery charges. There are also a few isolated regions where delivery is not available.
Delivery Process
Deliveries are carried out by third-party carriers and suppliers, which means your order may arrive in multiple shipments and at different times depending on the availability of the items you have purchased.
Please note: As deliveries are kerbside only, please ensure you have suitable arrangements for moving goods inside. Items refused at delivery due to this will be treated as a change-of-mind return, and return shipping costs will apply.
Delivery Failures / Refusals
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, redelivery charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled and refunded in line with our returns policy.
Inspection and Reporting
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect all items and sign for the delivery. Should you notice any damages or missing products, Please report any visible damages or missing items within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights or our 14-day return policy for faulty or defective goods.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times generally range between 5 to 10 working days. All delivery time estimates count only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and start from the next working day after your order is confirmed. Please keep in mind these times are only estimates. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions, stock levels, or issues from our suppliers and carriers, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), Bank Holidays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day (e.g., Monday). You will receive an update once your order is in process.
Please note: Delays in delivery do not affect your right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
Surcharges and Delivery Restrictions
Free delivery applies to most UK mainland areas; however, certain postcode areas such as Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland] may incur additional charges. Before completing your purchase, you will be notified if an extra fee applies. If the surcharge is not accepted, we may have to cancel your order. Likewise, we do not deliver to some areas at all. We encourage all customers to double-check their postcode during checkout to be aware of any surcharges or restrictions.
